Returns: Before an item is considered for return, you must be given a RMA number from an authorized True Edge employee. Any items we receive without a RMA number will be returned to sender at their cost. If the product is damaged we will exchange it for a new one, as soon as possible. All sales are final. Exchanges only. As True Edge Security does not sell used merchandise, items must be in an unfired or unused condition with all contents and original packaging. Any items considered for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items are checked before shipping and should work on receiving them.
